Where registration, login, OTP or any other authentication mechanism is required, you shall provide accurate and complete information and shall protect your login credentials, passwords, OTPs and authentication information. You are responsible for activities undertaken through your account or using your credentials and shall promptly notify PAWL of any suspected unauthorized access, misuse or security incident. PAWL may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, investigation, legal compliance, prevention of misuse or protection of users, PAWL or third parties.
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, videos, audio, software, databases and documents, are owned by, controlled by or licensed to PAWL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. PAWL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal and informational purposes. No ownership or proprietary right is transferred to you through your use of the Website.
PAWL’s name, logos, trade names, service marks and other brand identifiers are proprietary marks of PAWL or their respective owners. You shall not:
PAWL may collect and process information provided by you or generated through your use of the Website, including information submitted through enquiry, booking, service, feedback and contact forms. Processing of personal data shall be governed by PAWL’s Website Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), and applicable rules and regulations.
Privacy Policy addresses matters including personal data collected, purposes of processing, notice and consent, Data Principal rights, withdrawal of consent, disclosure and sharing, retention, children’s data, Aadhaar-related processing where applicable, breach management and grievance Redressal. PAWL may use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, analytics, preferences and other lawful purposes. Where consent is legally required, appropriate consent mechanisms shall be provided.
PAWL implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to Website operations and the nature of personal data processed. However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, passwords, OTPs and authentication information. You shall ensure that information provided by you is accurate, complete and not misleading and, where you provide information relating to another person, that you have the necessary authority or lawful basis to do so. Marketing communications through SMS, WhatsApp, email or other channels shall be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
The Website may provide information and facilities relating to vehicles, accessories, products, services, test drives, service appointments, enquiries, online bookings, offers and other commercial activities. Vehicle specifications, colours, features, accessories, prices, availability and delivery timelines may change and may vary by model, variant, location, manufacturer requirements, market conditions and applicable law. An enquiry or booking request does not constitute a final sale unless expressly confirmed by PAWL under the applicable transaction terms.
Where online vehicle booking is available, booking requests are subject to vehicle availability, model, variant, location, price and applicable transaction conditions. Booking amounts, payment schedules, cancellation rights and refunds shall be governed by the applicable Online Vehicle Booking & Refund Policy and/or booking confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, shall ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method within the applicable processing period, subject to banking and payment gateway procedures. Online payments may be processed through authorised payment providers.
PAWL may decline, cancel or modify a transaction where reasonably necessary due to stock availability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
Taxes, registration, insurance, statutory fees, accessories, delivery charges and other applicable costs may be payable separately unless expressly stated otherwise. Chargebacks, reversals and disputed payments shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant payment provider terms.
Promotional schemes, contests, discounts, exchange benefits, finance offers and other campaigns may be subject to separate eligibility criteria and specific terms and conditions. PAWL may modify, suspend or withdraw an offer where permitted by the applicable terms or law. In case of inconsistency, the specific terms applicable to the relevant offer or campaign shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
The Website may contain links to or integrate third-party websites, applications and services, including maps, analytics, payment gateways, communication platforms, social media tools, financing and insurance services, vehicle manufacturer services and other third-party facilities. Such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. PAWL does not control independent third-party services and, except as required by applicable law, is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, policies or acts and omissions. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, you shall indemnify PAWL against claims or losses arising from your unauthorized or improper use of third-party websites or resources.
You may link to the Website only in a lawful manner and without creating a false impression of affiliation, endorsement or association with PAWL. Social media or sharing features shall be used only as intended and in accordance with applicable platform rules. You shall not frame, mirror or reproduce the Website or any substantial portion of it without prior written permission from PAWL.
PAWL may disable or modify such features at any time.
The Website is primarily intended for users accessing PAWL’s products and services in India. Certain information or services may not be available or appropriate in every jurisdiction. Persons accessing the Website outside India are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PAWL does not warrant that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, current or free from harmful components. Website information is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, technical, financial, legal or other specialized advice. Vehicle specifications, prices, mileage, performance, features and availability may vary depending on model, variant, usage, driving conditions, location, regulatory requirements and other factors. Photographs, illustrations, colors, dimensions and images may be for representation purposes only. Final contractual specifications, prices and terms shall be those contained in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, sale agreement or other transaction document.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAWL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Website. PAWL shall not be responsible for losses arising from internet or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, malware, third-party services, unauthorized access, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer or statutory right. Where legally permissible, PAWL’s aggregate liability arising solely from use of the Website shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to PAWL specifically for the relevant Website service during the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PAWL, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers against claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website;
(c) violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
(d) unlawful or infringing content submitted by you; or
(e) misuse of any booking, account, payment, promotional or Website facility.
PAWL may assume exclusive defense and control of any indemnified matter, and you shall reasonably cooperate with PAWL in such defense.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable arbitration provisions and mandatory statutory remedies, courts having competent jurisdiction in Kerala shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer or other entitled person from exercising any statutory right or remedy which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to applicable law and disputes which cannot legally be referred to arbitration, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website may, where legally permissible, be referred to arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed by the parties, failing which the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kochi, Kerala, India, unless otherwise agreed. The proceedings shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking interim or urgent relief from a competent court or exercising a statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, claims arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms shall be initiated within the limitation period prescribed under applicable law. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict or exclude any mandatory consumer or statutory remedy.
Failure or delay by PAWL in exercising any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain effective. No third party shall have rights under these Terms except where expressly provided by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy, Online Vehicle Booking & Refund Policy and other expressly incorporated terms, constitute the agreement governing use of the Website. Separate quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, sale agreements, promotional terms and transaction-specific documents may apply to particular products or services and shall prevail to the extent specifically applicable. For a specific transaction, the transaction-specific document shall govern matters expressly covered by it. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
PAWL welcomes feedback, suggestions and comments concerning the Website and its services. Where the Website permits reviews, comments, photographs, documents, feedback or other content, you remain responsible for the content submitted and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that such content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. Subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy, you grant PAWL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, store and display such content for operating, improving and promoting its services. PAWL may remove or restrict content reasonably believed to violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights or Website standards. Submission of feedback does not create an obligation to compensate you unless separately agreed.
When you communicate with PAWL electronically through forms, email, messaging services or other digital facilities, you consent to receiving electronic communications where permitted by law. Electronic records may satisfy legal requirements relating to written communications, subject to applicable law. PAWL may provide notices through the Website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, account notifications or other reasonable communication channels, subject to applicable law. Notices to PAWL may be sent to official contact details published on the Website or specified in the applicable policy or transaction document. By submitting an enquiry, booking request, service request or other form, you authorize PAWL and/or its authorised representatives to contact you regarding the relevant enquiry, booking, service or transaction, subject to applicable law. Marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
The Website is not intended to knowingly solicit or process children’s personal data in violation of applicable law. Where a service involves a child or minor, the parent or lawful guardian shall review applicable terms and provide any consent or authorization required by law.
PAWL may suspend, restrict or terminate access where you breach these Terms, misuse the Website, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, create a security risk or where required by law. You may discontinue use of the Website at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law and other provisions intended by their nature to survive shall continue after termination.
PAWL shall not be liable for delay, interruption or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, labour disruption, telecommunications or internet failure, cyber incidents, power failure, supply-chain disruption or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law.
You shall comply with all applicable laws while using the Website, including laws relating to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, cyber security, electronic communications, online transactions and applicable automotive and motor vehicle regulations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory right, remedy or protection available under applicable law.
You shall not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without PAWL’s prior written consent. PAWL may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with lawful restructuring, merger, acquisition, business transfer or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or fiduciary relationship between you and PAWL unless separately agreed in writing.
PAWL’s Website Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and explains how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, retained and protected. The Privacy Policy also sets out applicable notices, consent mechanisms, Data Principal rights, withdrawal of consent, cookies, children’s data, security measures, breach management and grievance Redressal. In the event of a conflict concerning personal-data processing, the Privacy Policy shall apply to the extent it specifically addresses that matter, subject always to applicable law.

Vehicle specifications, features, colors, accessories, images, mileage, performance, prices and other Website information are provided for general or illustrative purposes and may change without prior notice. Actual specifications and prices may vary by model, variant, location, manufacturer requirements, production changes and applicable law. Final specifications, prices, taxes, accessories, charges and contractual terms shall be those contained in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, sale agreement or transaction document. An enquiry or booking does not by itself guarantee allocation of a particular vehicle, model, variant, color, accessory or delivery date. Allocation and delivery are subject to actual availability, manufacturer allocation, statutory requirements, payment and completion of applicable documentation. Delivery timelines are indicative and may change due to production, transportation, supply-chain, regulatory or other circumstances beyond PAWL’s reasonable control.
Where test-drive facilities are available, submission of a request does not constitute confirmation. Test drives are subject to vehicle availability, eligibility, possession of a valid driving license and such identification or documents as may reasonably be required. PAWL may reschedule or cancel a test drive for safety, operational or availability reasons. Where online service appointment facilities are available, an online request is subject to confirmation by the relevant PAWL service facility and workshop capacity. An online request does not constitute a guaranteed appointment. Final work scope and charges may vary following inspection or diagnosis and shall be governed by the applicable job card, estimate, service terms or invoice.
PAWL may facilitate enquiries or applications for vehicle finance, insurance and other third-party services. Approval, sanction, premium, interest rate, policy issuance, eligibility and other terms shall be determined by the relevant financier, insurer or service provider. PAWL does not guarantee approval, availability, pricing or issuance of such services and shall not be responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties, except as required by applicable law. The Website may also integrate payment gateways, communication platforms, maps, analytics, social media tools and other third-party facilities. Such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
You represent that information submitted through the Website is true, accurate, complete and not misleading and that, where you provide information relating to another person, you have the necessary authority or lawful basis to do so. You shall not misuse another person’s identity, account, documents, payment credentials or Personal Data and shall not submit fraudulent, forged or unauthorized documents or information. PAWL may undertake reasonable verification and fraud-prevention measures and may delay, suspend, reject or cancel an enquiry, booking, payment, promotional participation or account where it reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorized activity, identity misuse, payment irregularity or other unlawful or security-sensitive conduct, subject to applicable law.
Where the Website refers to vehicles, warranties, recalls, technical programmes or services of a vehicle manufacturer or other third party, the applicable manufacturer or third-party terms shall also apply. Manufacturer warranty coverage, recall arrangements, technical specifications and manufacturer-specific programmes may be subject to separate conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory consumer right, mandatory warranty obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PAWL may retain booking records, enquiries, communications, consent records, transaction details, service requests, complaints, payment records and other relevant information for legal, regulatory, contractual, audit, security and dispute-resolution purposes, in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Electronic records maintained by PAWL or its authorised service providers may be relied upon as evidence of relevant communications, consents, requests or transactions, subject to applicable law.
Promotional schemes, contests, discounts, exchange benefits, finance offers and campaigns may be subject to separate eligibility criteria and terms. Where campaigns are conducted through official social media pages or digital platforms, the specific campaign terms shall govern eligibility, entry requirements, duration, winner selection, notification and prize conditions. Unless otherwise stated, prizes shall be non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. PAWL may amend, suspend or withdraw a campaign where permitted by the applicable terms or law.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a transaction-specific quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, sale agreement, Online Vehicle Booking & Refund Policy or specific promotional terms, the document specifically governing the relevant subject matter shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, limit or waive any consumer right, statutory remedy, warranty, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable Indian law. Where any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail.
Where a vehicle, product, service, price, booking amount, offer or other information is displayed due to an obvious technical, typographical, system or pricing error, PAWL may take reasonable steps to correct the error and, where legally permissible, cancel or modify the affected enquiry, booking or transaction. Where payment has already been received for a transaction cancelled for such reason, any applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and applicable law.
PAWL endeavors to maintain the Website in a reasonably accessible and usable manner, subject to technical feasibility, maintenance, third-party dependencies and applicable law. Certain content or functionality may not be available on all devices, browsers or assistive technologies. Users may contact PAWL through the published contact details regarding accessibility-related difficulties.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy, protection or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable Indian law. For personal data matters, users should refer to the current Privacy Policy and the Grievance Officer details published by PAWL.
